Menial Tasks Clause Samples

The Menial Tasks clause defines which routine or low-skill duties are expected to be performed under an agreement. It typically outlines tasks such as cleaning, basic maintenance, or administrative support that do not require specialized training. By specifying these responsibilities, the clause ensures clarity about the scope of work and helps prevent disputes over whether such tasks are included in the parties' obligations.
