Common use of Memoranda of Reviewed Rent Clause in Contracts

Memoranda of Reviewed Rent. Within ten (10) Working Days after the amount of any reviewed rent has been agreed or determined, memoranda recording that fact shall be prepared by the Landlord or its solicitors and shall be signed by or on behalf of the Landlord and the Tenant and any Guarantor and annexed to this Lease and its counterpart. The parties shall each bear their own costs in relation to the preparation and signing of such memoranda.
