Common use of Memoranda of Reviewed Rent Clause in Contracts

Memoranda of Reviewed Rent. As soon as the amount of any reviewed rent has been agreed or determined, memoranda thereof shall be prepared by the Landlord or its solicitors and thereupon shall be signed by or on behalf of the Tenant and the Landlord, and the Tenant shall be responsible for and shall pay to the Landlord the stamp duty (if any) payable on such memoranda and any counterparts thereof but the parties shall each bear their own costs in respect thereof.

Memoranda of Reviewed Rent. As soon as the amount of any reviewed rent Rent has been agreed or determined, determined memoranda thereof shall be prepared by the Landlord or its solicitors and thereupon shall be signed by or on behalf of the Tenant and the Landlord, Landlord and the Tenant shall be responsible for and shall pay annexed to this Lease and the Landlord the stamp duty (if any) payable on such memoranda counterpart thereof and any counterparts thereof but the parties shall each bear their own costs in respect thereof.

As soon as the amount of any reviewed rent has been agreed or determineddetermined in accordance with this Schedule, memoranda thereof of the reviewed rent shall be prepared by the Landlord or its solicitors or agent and thereupon shall be then signed by or on behalf of the Tenant Landlord and the Landlord, and the Tenant. The Tenant shall be responsible for and shall pay to the Landlord the stamp duty (if any) payable on such memoranda and any counterparts thereof but otherwise the parties shall each bear their own costs in respect thereofof same.
