Common use of Member Representatives Clause in Contracts

Member Representatives. The Member(s) may designate their representative(s) who shall vote on such Member's behalf at membership meetings ("Member Representative(s)"). Until all Member(s) are notified to the contrary, the following individuals shall act as Member Representative(s) of the respective Members as follows: LAND O'LAKES

Member Representatives. The Member(s) Each Member may designate their its representative(s) who shall vote and act on such Member's behalf at membership meetings ("Member Representative(s)")) and with respect to all matters to be acted upon by the Members under the terms of this Agreement. Until all Member(s) Members are notified to the contrary, the following individuals shall act as Member Representative(s) of the respective Members as follows: HARVEST STATES LAND O'LAKESO' LAKES

Member Representatives.
