Common use of Member Register Clause in Contracts

Member Register. The Company shall maintain a register in which, subject to such reasonable regulations as it may prescribe, the registration of Member interests (including the name of each Member and the percentage of aggregate Member interests held by such Member), and the transfers thereof (including pledges in respect of which the Company has received written notice executed by the Member granting such pledge) shall be recorded.
