Member Lists. The Employer, within 30 days of the signing of this Agreement, shall present MFPE with a list of names and addresses of all current employees covered by this Agreement. The Employer will also provide, on a monthly basis, a list of new hires, their addresses, and terminations.
Member Lists. Affiliated Chapters shall be provided with the names and addresses of GCSAA members who are not affiliated with a chapter and the executive staff shall be provided with access to the GCSAA online Membership Directory. GCSAA and affiliated chapters shall encourage shared members to take advantage of continuing education and professional development opportunities. In support of this effort, GCSAA shall provide each affiliated chapter with a list of all GCSAA Class A and Class B members of their chapter, so that chapters may help promote the value of Class A membership.
Member Lists. Affiliate will provide BNG with the names, addresses, email, and phone numbers of its Members upon request, and will use its best efforts to inform BNG of information affecting its Members’ good standing in the Affiliate on a continuing basis throughout the term of this Agreement. If Member Lists are not provided within sixty days of the signing of this agreement, any marketing services paid for will be considered completed, even if there are no deliverables and no refunds will be given.
Member Lists. The Board shall furnish to the President of the Association, upon request but not more than monthly, a list of all members. This list shall include information regarding the assignments given to each employee, dates of hire, layoff, recall, termination and leave of absence.

Annually each spring, APHA shall provide Affiliate with the names, mailing addresses, e-mail addresses, and the designated component groups (sections and student assembly) of APHA members who reside in the territory represented by the Affiliate, such information shall be based on APHA's database at the time. APHA shall provide the Affiliate with lists of Annual Meeting attendees from their state, Agency member organizations from their state and Student Bulk schools from their state once each year. APHA member lists are confidential and, Affiliates shall respect the confidentiality of the member lists. Affiliates may use the APHA member lists to promote internal membership purposes and shall not sell or share APHA member lists.
Member Lists. The ACC CEO shall maintain membership lists for the CT Executive Committee and active CT SMGs.
Member Lists. A complete list of Members entitled to vote at any meeting of Members, arranged in alphabetical order for each class or series of Shares and showing the address of each such Member and the number of Outstanding Voting Shares registered in the name of such Member, shall be open to the examination of any Member, for any purpose germane to the meeting, during ordinary business hours, for a period of at least 10 days before the meeting, at the principal place of business of the Company. The Member list shall also be produced and kept at the time and place of the meeting during the whole time thereof, and may be inspected by any Member who is present. If the meeting is to be held solely by means of remote communication, then the list shall also be open to the examination of any Member during the whole time of the meeting on a reasonably accessible electronic network, and the information required to access such list shall be provided with the notice of the meeting. Except as otherwise required by applicable law, the Member list provided for in this Section 4.9 shall be the only evidence as to who are the Members entitled by this section to examine the list required by this section or to vote in person or by proxy at any meeting of the Members.

Member Lists. 18 The District will provide the Association a quarterly bargaining unit list transmitted 19 electronically (first Friday in September, December, March, & June), containing every 20 bargaining unit employee’s name; employee number; classification; job title; work location; 22 union dues paid; and language preference. 24 The District will provide the Association bargaining unit list transmitted electronically, upon 25 being hired, rehired, reinstated, transferred into or out of the bargaining unit, reclassified, 26 promoted, downgraded, placed on leaves of absence of any type including disability, placed on 27 layoff, recalled from layoff, separated (including retirement), added to or deleted from the 28 bargaining unit. This report will include each listed bargaining unit employee’s name, 29 employee number, job title, work location, personnel action and reason. 32 The District, at the time of hire, will provide all bargaining unit employees a PSE new hire 33 packet, to be furnished by PSE. 34 35 36 37 A R T I C L E V 38 39 APPROPRIATE MATTERS FOR CONSULTATION AND NEGOTIATION 40 41 Section 5.1. 42 It is agreed and understood that matters appropriate for negotiation between the District and the 43 Association are hours, wages, grievance procedures and general working conditions of employees in the 44 bargaining unit subject to this Agreement.
