Common use of Member Lists Clause in Contracts

Member Lists. Affiliate will provide BNG with the names, addresses, email, and phone numbers of its Members upon request, and will use its best efforts to inform BNG of information affecting its Members’ good standing in the Affiliate on a continuing basis throughout the term of this Agreement. If Member Lists are not provided within sixty days of the signing of this agreement, any marketing services paid for will be considered completed, even if there are no deliverables and no refunds will be given.
