Common use of Meetings of the JPC Clause in Contracts

Meetings of the JPC. The JPC shall communicate on such dates and at such times as agreed upon by its members but in no event, less frequently than once every other Calendar Quarter. Meetings may be held in person or by audio or video conference. The JPC may permit visitors who are under an obligation of confidentiality consistent with this Agreement to attend meetings of the JPC. Each Party shall be responsible for its own expenses for participating in the JPC. Meetings of the JPC shall be effective only if the representative of each Party is present or participating.
