Meetings Held Upon Member Demand. Within 30 days after receipt of a demand by the President or the Treasurer from any Member or Members entitled to call a meeting of the Members, it shall be the duty of the Board of Managers to cause a special or regular meeting of Members, as the case may be, to be duly called and held on notice no later than 90 days after receipt of such demand.
