Common use of Meeting with Other Employee Organizations Clause in Contracts

Meeting with Other Employee Organizations. This Agreement shall not be construed to prevent the Board or any administrator from meeting with any Faculty, constituency group, or employee organization to hear their views on any matter. No changes in any terms or conditions of employment that fall within the mandatory scope of bargaining will be made as a result of any such meeting except by mutual agreement of the Board and the Association.
