Common use of Medical Premiums Clause in Contracts

Medical Premiums. 1) The employee will pay a prorated amount of the County’s contribution toward medical premiums based on purchased vacation hours used. 2) If the employee uses more than 37.5/40 purchased vacation hours in a pay period, the employee will be responsible for the entire medical premium.
