Medical Coverage for Spouse Sample Clauses

The "Medical Coverage for Spouse" clause establishes an employee's eligibility to extend employer-provided health insurance benefits to their legally recognized spouse. Typically, this clause outlines the conditions under which a spouse may be added to the employee's health plan, such as during initial enrollment or qualifying life events like marriage. Its core function is to ensure that employees can secure medical coverage for their spouses, thereby supporting family health needs and providing clarity on benefit entitlements.
