Common use of Medical and Dental Insurance Clause in Contracts

Medical and Dental Insurance. Section 21.1 The Employer will contribute toward full-time Employee and family health insurance premiums in the amounts as determined by the City-wide benefits committee which shall include the President of AFSCME Local 1180 and one (1) additional representative selected by AFSCME Local 1180. Such contributions shall be prorated for new hires, so that new hires and current employees pay the same biweekly rate.
