MEDIATION CLAUSE. All disputes arising in connection with the present Agreement, or further contracts resulting therefrom, shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute. The arbitral tribunal shall be composed of three arbitrators. Each Party shall select an arbitrator of its choice, with a third arbitrator selected by the two arbitrators chosen by the Parties. The place of arbitration shall be Amsterdam and the procedure shall be conducted in the English language.
