Meal Breaks - Day. Workers (1) hour on each day, and such time shall not be counted as part of the ordinary hours of work. By Agreement between the Company and the employee, the employee may delay the taking of their meal break at no penalty to the Company. Employees will be allowed their meal break after the 4th hour from the employee’s usual commencing time.

Meal Breaks - Day. Workersworkers (1) hour on each day, 5.7.1 Day workers shall be entitled to a meal break of a minimum of 30 minutes and such time shall not be counted as part a maximum of 60 minutes to begin after the end of the ordinary hours of work. By Agreement between the Company fourth hour and the employee, the employee may delay the taking of their meal break at no penalty prior to the Company. Employees will be allowed their meal break after end of the 4th 6th hour from the commencement of the employee’s usual commencing timeordinary hours Where agreed between the employer and the majority of employees directly affected meal times may be altered or staggered. In any case, lunch breaks may be taken between 11.30 am and 2.00 pm of the working day after prior consultation. This will not generally change the lunch break arrangements but will allow flexibility to take the break at different times when it suits the requirements of a particular job.
