Common use of M&E Plan Clause in Contracts

M&E Plan. By the time specified in Annex II to this Agreement, MCA-Niger shall develop and implement an M&E Plan to serve as the primary governing document for monitoring and evaluation activities for the Program over the Compact Term. The M&E Plan shall be developed, implemented, and updated in accordance with the MCC M&E Policy.
