Common use of Maximum Shift Sequence Clause in Contracts

Maximum Shift Sequence. 14.3.1. No more than seven consecutive shifts shall be worked by an employee unless followed by a break of at least 24 hours.

Maximum Shift Sequence. 14.3.1. 14.3.1 No more than seven six consecutive shifts shall be worked by an employee unless followed by a break of at least 24 hours. The flexibility of working a seventh consecutive shift is available by agreement with the employee to cater for special events.
