Maximum Shift. The maximum length of time any non-exempt employee may work in any given work period is 18 hours. A work period is defined as a 24-hour interval starting at the employee’s normal start time on any given day. If you normally start at 6:30 a.m., this period goes until 6:30 a.m. the following day.

Librarian $43,835 Faculty Members earning a base salary below the effective minima shall move to the new minima and receive any across-the-board and compression increase under Article 10 on his or her minima. Faculty Members who will receive regional campus increases under Article 10 of this Agreement shall receive those increases before any adjustment to meet the minimum salary required by this Article.

  • Minimum Daily Pay (a) The Employer shall pay the employee a minimum of two (2) hours pay at his/her regular rate of pay upon reporting to work for a scheduled shift.
