Maximum Reimbursable Expenses. Reasonable lodging and traveling expenses shall be considered a Reimbursable Expense under this Agreement when professional and technical personnel of PSP are away from the cities in which they are permanently assigned and are conducting authorized business directly connected with this Agreement.
