Maximum Number of ISOs. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 4.3, the maximum aggregate number of shares of Stock that may be issued pursuant to Incentive Stock Options under the Plan is 6,000,000 shares, subject to adjustment as provided in Section 7.1, provided that no adjustment shall be made and no shares of Common Stock may again be optioned, granted or awarded if such action would cause an Incentive Stock Option to fail to qualify as an incentive stock option under section 422 of the Code.
