Maximum number of drawings. The Facility may be drawn in one (1) drawing.
Maximum number of drawings. The Borrower may not deliver a Drawdown Notice if, as a result of the proposed Drawdown: a) in respect of Facility A, more than five (5) Facility A Loans (or such other number as may be agreed by the Lenders) would be outstanding; and
