Maximum Net Loss. Borrower shall have maximum quarterly net loss as follows: (i) ($5,000,000.00) for the quarter ending December 31, 2004; (ii) ($4,000,000.00) for the quarter ending March 31, 2005; (iii) ($3,000,000.00) for the quarter ending June 30, 2005; and (iv) ($2,000,000.00) for the quarter ending September 30, 2005.
