Maximum Daily Quantity. The Maximum Daily Quantity shall be equal to 5,000 MMBtu/day (140 10(3)m(3)/d). On each Day during the term of this Agreement, Buyer may nominate its Gas requirement and Seller shall be obligated to deliver the amount so nominated by Buyer up to the MDQ.
