Common use of Maximum Daily Quantity Clause in Contracts

Maximum Daily Quantity. In respect of a Path, the Transporter is not obliged on any Day to: (a) receive at the Receipt Point (inclusive of any Gas for correcting Daily Imbalances and System Use Gas); or (b) deliver at the Delivery Point, a quantity of Gas that is greater than the Operational MDQ for that Path.
