Common use of Maximum Daily Quantity Clause in Contracts

Maximum Daily Quantity. The Maximum Daily Quantity or MDQ shall mean the maximum quantity of Natural Gas that Utility may require GASMARK to deliver on any day during a Winter Season. The MDQ for each Winter Season during the Primary Term shall be 80,000 Dth/d.
