  • Maximum Compensation There is a maximum compensation for this Agreement and a separate maximum compensation for each Approved Service Order.

  • Term and Maximum Compensation 1.4.1. The term of this CONTRACT is for three (3) years, commencing upon Board of Supervisor approval, with a maximum allowable compensation of one million, five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000), with the option to renew for two (2) additional years, with Board approval; except as permitted in Paragraph 1.5 below.

  • Maximum Contract Amount 4.4.1. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the City’s maximum payment obligation will not exceed ($_) (the “Maximum Contract Amount”). The City is not obligated to execute an agreement or any amendments for any further services, including any services performed by the Contractor beyond that specifically described in Exhibit A. Absent an authorized Emergency per the City Charter or applicable Code, no City representative is authorized to offer or promise, nor is the City required to honor, any offered or promised payments to Contractor under this Agreement in excess of the certified maximum amount without the Controller having first certified the additional promised amount and the Parties having modified this Agreement as provided in Section 11.5, “Modification of this Agreement.”

  • Reimbursable Expenses; Maximum Total Payment; Invoicing District will make no payment until this Contract is fully executed by the authorized representatives of both parties.

  • Contract Prices All Contract prices set forth in this Section include all costs necessary to complete the work for which the price is established (e.g., Base Contract, Unit Price, Options) in accordance with the Contract Documents, including, but not limited to, the cost of work performed by subcontractors and consultants, indirect costs, fees, expenses, taxes, and profit.
