Common use of Maximum Capacity Clause in Contracts

Maximum Capacity. User shall not admit a larger number of persons than can safely and freely move about in the Center. The City shall notify User of the recommended capacity of the Center and the decision of the City’s agent concerning questions arising under this paragraph shall be final.
