Common use of MATTERS NOT COVERED Clause in Contracts

MATTERS NOT COVERED. 5.01 Matters not expressly covered by this Agreement which are proper subjects for collective bargaining shall not be affected by this Agreement. All mandatory customs, agreements, procedures, and personnel policies observed and recognized during previous years, whether subject to formal agreements or not, between the City and the personnel comprising WPPA/LEER, and not specifically covered by this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
