MATERIAL PURCHASES, TRANSFERS, AND DISPOSITIONS. The Operator is responsible for Joint Account Material and shall make proper and timely charges and credits for direct purchases, transfers, and dispositions. The Operator shall provide all Material for use in the conduct of Joint Operations; however, Material may be supplied by the Non-Operators, at the Operator’s option. Material furnished by any Party shall be furnished without any express or implied warranties as to quality, fitness for use, or any other matter.
