Material Handler. Material Handlers shall be restricted to the handling of material, on the ground or on a roof. A worker who has worked as a Probationary Employee and as a Material Handler, who is capable and willing to work from swing stages, scaffolding and from structural frame work. A worker who has progressed through the above classifications and who is capable of performing the duties required of an employee under this Craft Schedule “S”.
