Material Consumption Data. The Buyer undertakes to provide periodically to the Seller a quantitative list of the Material used for maintenance and overhaul of the Aircraft. Such list shall cover Material used for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. The format and frequency of this list shall be as mutually agreed between the Seller and the Buyer during the Initial Provisioning Conference.
