Match. 1.1. No match required for CESF. 1.2. Failure of Grantee to apply non-federal financial support to the program described in the attached exhibits in the amount of at least 20 percent of such program’s costs, shall result in a proportionate reduction in the amount of federal funds awarded under this agreement and may result in the return of funds already awarded. To meet this matching funds requirement, Grantee shall apply non- federal financial support to the program, as described in the Budget.
