Master Teacher Program. To encourage the professional growth of teacher and to comply with the requirements of Ohio Revised Code. 1. The District’s LPDC Committee shall continue to oversee the District’s Master Teacher program. Committee members shall be paid $20.00 per hour for work associated with the Master Teacher Program. 2. Any bargaining unit member who is successful in achieving “master teacher” designation shall receive eighteen (18) C.E.U.’s.
