Common use of Master Servicing Certificate Clause in Contracts

Master Servicing Certificate. On each Determination Date, the Master Servicer shall deliver to the Indenture Trustee, the Owner Trustee, Co-Owner Trustee and the Securities Insurer, a certificate containing the items described in Exhibit B hereto (each, a "Master Servicer Certificate"), prepared as of the related Determination Date and executed by a Master Servicing Officer. No later than the Business Day following each Determination Date, the Master Servicer shall deliver to the Indenture Trustee and the Securities Insurer, in a format consistent with other electronic loan level reporting supplied by the Master Servicer in connection with similar transactions, "loan level" information with respect to the Home Loans as of the related Determination Date, to the extent that such information has been provided to the Master Servicer by the Servicer. The Master Servicer shall revise any Master Servicer Certificate to take into account any payments of which the Master Servicer is notified made by the Indenture Trustee to FHA after the related Determination Date and before the related Distribution Date as provided in Section 4.12(e). The Indenture Trustee may rely on the Master Servicer Certificate with respect to the matters set forth therein.
