Master Service Agreement. (a) When signed, the Master Service Agreement: (i) contains or refers to all the terms of the agreement and arrangements between the Purchaser (and/or any of its Affiliates) and Aviva Global Services (Management Services) Private Limited (and any of its Affiliates) in relation to the outsourcing of back office functions to the members of the Group; and (ii) is in full force and effect. (b) It is not in and is not aware of any breach of or default under the Master Service Agreement.
