Master Landlord’s Consent. The effectiveness of this Sublease is conditioned upon receipt of Master Landlord’s Consent. Notwithstanding anything in this Sublease to the contrary, in the event Master Landlord’s Consent is not received within thirty (30) days after the date of this Sublease, or such later date or Sublandlord and Subtenant may agree in writing, this Sublease shall automatically become null and void, in which case Sublandlord shall return any Security Deposit and prepaid Rent to Subtenant.
