Common use of Master Landlord’s Consent Clause in Contracts

Master Landlord’s Consent. 16.1. This Sublease and the obligations of the parties hereunder are expressly conditioned upon Xxxxxxxxxxx's obtaining the prior written consent of Master Landlord to this Sublease (the “Consent”). Subtenant shall promptly deliver to Sublandlord any information reasonably requested by Master Landlord in connection with the Consent with respect to the nature and operation of Subtenant's business, the financial condition of Subtenant, and any other information reasonably requested by Master Landlord.

Subtenant shall promptly deliver to Sublandlord any information reasonably requested by Master Landlord (in connection with the Consent Master Landlord’s approval of this Sublease) with respect to the nature and operation of Subtenant's business, ’s business and/or the financial condition of Subtenant, and any other information reasonably requested by Master Landlord.

Subtenant shall must promptly deliver to Sublandlord any information reasonably requested by Master Landlord (in connection with the Consent Master Landlord’s approval of this Sublease) with respect to the nature and operation of Subtenant's business, ’s business and/or the financial condition of Subtenant, and any other information reasonably requested by Master Landlord.
