Common use of Massachusetts Law to Apply Clause in Contracts

Massachusetts Law to Apply. This Agreement shall be construed and the provisions hereof interpreted under and in accordance with the laws of The Commonwealth of Massachusetts (without regard to any principles of conflicts of law thereof) shall govern all matters arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including, without limitation, its validity, interpretation, construction, performance and enforcement. The parties hereto agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Boston, Massachusetts in connection with any matters arising out of this Agreement and to waive any objection to the propriety or convenience of venue in such courts.
