MASS GRADING. The CONTRACTOR shall assume the mass grading effort initially proposed, but not included in the initial award of contract, at no increase to their initially stated GMP price (Twenty One Million One Hundred Thirty-Two Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty-Three and 00/100 Dollars $21,132,833.00), per item E of the initially awarded contract’s pricing table). This effort shall specifically include stabilization of Max Hook Road to support the traffic load associated with the dirt removal process. It is further confirmed that the CONTRACTOR’s value engineering proposal regarding use of an alternate root zone mix is hereby accepted by the COUNTY with the associated sum of One Million Eight Hundred Thirty-Seven Thousand Five Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($1,837,500.00) hereby deducted from the initially proposed Price Table E GMP value. The remaining GMP value therefore amounts to Nineteen Million Two Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Three Hundred Fifteen and 00/100 Dollars ($19,295,315.00).
MASS GRADING. Developer shall grade the entire Development Property in accordance with the Grading Plan attached hereto as Exhibit N (the “Mass Grading”). In conjunction with the Mass Grading, Developer shall install a temporary trail through the Phase II property to provide pedestrian access from the Phase I Property to Outlot C. The City shall be responsible for maintenance of the trail until approval of the Phase II final plat.
MASS GRADING. Mass grading for the Fallen Warriors Memorial shall be performed by a properly licensed contractor hired by LVPRPF. Such work shall be completed according to the stamped site grading and drainage plans, prepared by a licensed Civil Engineer or Architect as approved and permitted by City (the “Approved Grading and Drainage Plans”).
