MARS Project Support. Provide Recipient with, and make available to Recipient, 1 full time equivalent employee of Provider’s Customer Service staff, who will provide taxware support to Recipient in connection with Recipient’s MARS project. Recipient may provide written notice to Provider that it no longer requires this Service, and the charges relating to this Service shall be prorated.
