Common use of Marriage of Employee Clause in Contracts

Marriage of Employee. Twice during an employee’s career, special leave with pay of five (5) days will be granted for the purpose of getting married, provided the employee will be continuing in employment after marriage and has completed six (6) or more months of service. In exceptional circumstances, special consideration will be given to leave being granted more than twice.
