MARKETING AND REPRESENTATIONS. 8.1 Insurance Company shall designate certain persons or entities which shall have the requisite licenses to solicit applications for the sale of Contracts. No representation is made as to the number or amount of Contracts that are to be sold by Insurance Company. Insurance Company shall make reasonable efforts to market the Contracts and shall comply with all applicable federal and state laws in connection therewith.
