MARKET SUSPENSION AND DELISTING. 15.1 If at any time trading on a Regulated Market (as defined in the CMA's Rules) is suspended in any Reference Asset which is listed on a Market we shall calculate the value of the Transaction with reference to the last traded price before the time of suspension, or a closing price as reasonably determined by us if no trading in that Reference Asset is undertaken during the Business Day on which a suspension occurs.
