Coverage will include, but not be limited to, Bodily Injury, Property Damage, Personal Injury, Contractual Liability for this Agreement, Independent Contractors, Broad Form Property Damage including Completed Operations and Products and Completed Operations Coverage. Products and Completed Operations coverage shall be maintained for a period of not less than five (5) years following the completion and acceptance by the Owner of the work under this Agreement. " This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: Commercial General Liability Coverage Part. The General Aggregate Limit under LIMITS OF INSURANCE applies separately to each of your projects away from premises owned by or rented to you." (3) If the General Liability insurance required herein is issued or renewed on a " claims made" basis, as opposed to the " occurrence" form, the retroactive date for coverage shall be no later than the commencement date of the Project and shall provide that in the event of cancellation or non-renewal the Extended Reporting Period (Discovery Period) for claims shall be no less than three (3) years. (4) The Owner shall be named as an Additional Insured and the policy shall be endorsed that such coverage shall be primary to any similar coverage carried by the Owner.
