Common use of Manufacturing Process Clause in Contracts

Manufacturing Process. Except as otherwise provided by Hospira, Abbott shall provide all raw materials, components, packaging, containers, labeling, release testing, quality control, equipment, labor, and other services and materials necessary for the manufacture of the Products, as part of the price set forth in Exhibit ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall be responsible for vendor quality approval for vendors of such materials all of which shall comply with Product Specifications.
