Common use of Manufacture and Sale of KITS Clause in Contracts

Manufacture and Sale of KITS. ENZO shall engage CIL to manufacture (except for RAW MATERIALS, which shall be manufactured by ENZO subject to the terms of this Agreement) GROUP K PRODUCTS in accordance with ENZO's specifications. CIL shall have the right to sell GROUP K PRODUCTS worldwide within the scope of this Agreement.

ENZO shall engage manufacture, sell and deliver to CIL, and CIL to manufacture (except for RAW MATERIALS, which shall be manufactured by purchase exclusively from ENZO subject to such quantities of the terms of this Agreement) GROUP K E2 PRODUCTS as CIL may order in accordance with ENZO's specificationsthis Agreement. CIL shall have the right to sell GROUP K E2 PRODUCTS worldwide within the scope of this Agreement.
