Common use of Manual Samples Clause in Contracts

Manual Samples. It is recognized that for every loading manual samples should be retained for use by the Transporter and Project Co. i) Where sampling analysis is conducted using spot samples per section 8(a)iii of this Exhibit A, two (2) sets of samples shall be collected from the vaporizer at each point in time corresponding to approximately twenty-five percent (25%), fifty percent (50%) and seventy-five percent (75%) of loading is completed and retained. ii) Where sampling analysis is conducted using a composite sample per section 8(a)ii of this Exhibit A, two (2) samples shall be collected from the collection devices at the end of loading and retained.
