Manual Samples Sample Clauses

The "Manual Samples" clause establishes the procedures and requirements for providing physical or tangible samples that are manually prepared or collected. Typically, this clause outlines who is responsible for supplying the samples, the standards or specifications they must meet, and the timeline for their delivery. For example, in a manufacturing agreement, it may require a supplier to deliver hand-made prototypes for approval before mass production begins. The core function of this clause is to ensure that both parties have a clear understanding of the expectations and quality standards for samples, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings or disputes over product characteristics.
Manual Samples. Prior to the end of the unloading cycle, two (2) spot samples shall be collected from the vaporizer. Spot samples shall be collected in accordance with Gas Processors Association (“GPA”) Standard 2166 - Methods for Obtaining Gas Samples for Analysis by Gas Chromatography - or by other mutually agreeable methods. The samples shall be properly labeled and then distributed to Customer and SABINE. SABINE shall retain one (1) sample for a period of thirty (30) days, unless the analysis is in dispute. If the analysis is in dispute, the sample will be retained until the dispute is resolved. Sampling and analysis methods and procedures that differ from the above may be employed with the mutual agreement of the Parties.
Manual Samples. Prior to the end of the loading cycle, three (3) sets of spot samples shall be collected from the vaporizer at the following intervals during loading, when loading is twenty-five percent (25%), fifty percent (50%), and seventy-five percent (75%) complete. Spot samples shall be collected in accordance with Gas Processors Association (“GPA”) Standard 2166 - Methods for Obtaining Gas Samples for Analysis by Gas Chromatography - or by other mutually agreeable methods. The samples shall be properly labeled and then distributed to Buyer and Seller. Seller shall retain one (1) sample for a period of forty (40) days, unless the analysis is in dispute. If the analysis is in dispute, the sample will be retained until the dispute is resolved. Sampling and analysis methods and procedures that differ from the above may be employed with the mutual agreement of the Parties.
Manual Samples. It is recognized that for every loading manual samples should be retained for use by the Transporter and Project Co. i) Where sampling analysis is conducted using spot samples per section 8(a)iii of this Exhibit A, two (2) sets of samples shall be collected from the vaporizer at each point in time corresponding to approximately twenty-five percent (25%), fifty percent (50%) and seventy-five percent (75%) of loading is completed and retained. ii) Where sampling analysis is conducted using a composite sample per section 8(a)ii of this Exhibit A, two (2) samples shall be collected from the collection devices at the end of loading and retained.
122 ii) Where sampling analysis is conducted using a composite sample per section 8(a)ii of this Exhibit A, two (2) samples shall be collected from the collection devices at the end of loading and retained. The samples collected shall be properly labeled and sealed by the independent surveyor in attendance. Project Co shall retain all samples for a period of thirty (30) Days, unless the analysis is disputed prior to the end of such thirty (30) Day period. If the analysis is in dispute, the samples will be retained until the dispute is resolved. Notwithstanding the above, it is recognized from time to time that the Transporter may require one (1) of the retained samples to accompany the LNG cargo delivery, provided sufficient notice. Where the Transporter receives a set of samples, the Transporter shall return the set of sample cylinders provided or an identical set within sixty (60) Days. If the set of sample cylinders provided are not returned or replaced to Project Co’s satisfaction within the sixty (60) Day period, Project Co will procure replacement cylinders and the Transporter will be invoiced for the cost of replacement cylinders inclusive of preparation cost. Sampling and analysis methods and procedures that differ from the above may be employed with the mutual agreement of the Parties.
Manual Samples. Seller shall collect a total of six (6) spot samples from the vaporizer during full rate of loading - two samples when the loading is twenty-five percent (25%), two samples when loading is at fifty percent (50%) and two samples when loading is at seventy-five percent (75%) complete. Spot samples shall be collected in accordance with Gas Processors Association (“GPA”) Standard 2166 - Methods for Obtaining Gas Samples for Analysis by Gas Chromatography - or by other mutually agreeable methods. The samples shall be properly labeled. Seller shall retain all six (6) samples for a period of forty (40) days, unless the analysis is in dispute; provided, however, Buyer may request in writing prior to the loading for Seller distribute one set (25%, 50%, 75%) of such samples to Buyer.
