Manner of Calling Meetings. (a) The Trustee may call a meeting of Securityholders to take any action specified in Section 10.1. Notice setting forth the time and place of, and the action proposed to be taken at, such meeting shall be mailed by the Trustee to the Company and to the Holders of the Securities not less than ten or more than 60 days prior to the date fixed for the meeting.
