Mandatory Content. All Objections must be in writing and must: 5.4.1 Include the full name, address, telephone number, and email address of the Objector and any counsel representing the Objector; 5.4.2 Clearly identify the case name and number: In re MacBook Keyboard Litigation, 5:18- cv-02813-EJD; 5.4.3 Include information sufficient to verify that the Objector is a Class Member; 5.4.4 Include a detailed statement of the grounds and evidence upon which the Objection is based; 5.4.5 State whether the Objection applies only to the Objector, to a specific subset of the class, or to the entire class; and 5.4.6 Include a list of all cases in which the Objector or his or her counsel has filed an objection within the past five years.
